Responsibilities
Serve as the principal contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from the product.
Proactively manage client relationships to enhance adoption, minimize risks, secure retention, and identify growth areas.
Understand clients’ business goals and create tailored success plans to optimize their ROI.
Lead negotiation efforts and support the closing process for renewals and upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to advocate for client needs and provide feedback for product enhancements.
Monitor and analyze client data to ensure optimal usage and engagement with the platform while providing actionable insights.
Solve complex business challenges by leveraging a deep understanding of financial and technical systems.

Required
3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role.
Strong background in financial technology or enterprise-level tech companies.
Solid experience with client success software such as Gainsight and Hubspot.
Proven ability in deal-making, negotiations, and managing client relationships within a revenue-driven context.
Capability to solve complex problems and deliver data-driven insights.
Experience with data analytics tools, CRMs, or client reporting systems.
A growth mindset with a commitment to career advancement and adaptability in a fast-growing company.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Preferred
Previous experience in a startup environment is highly preferred.
