Responsibilities

Ensure products and services meet customer needs

Collaborate with internal teams while working directly with customers as a liaison

Analyze and assess client’s needs and goals by thinking outside the box to help resolve the client’s pain points and developing a roadmap for future success

Drive communication internally with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results for our clients

Identify opportunities to streamline processes that enhance client success

Ultimately advocates for the clients and their interests, while keeping a pulse on internal processes to set realistic goals and expectations
