Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive implementation plans for new clients, ensuring seamless onboarding.
Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to ensure successful client launches and ongoing support.
Act as the primary point of contact during and after implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing issues proactively.
Coordinate and lead monthly and quarterly client meetings, providing performance updates and actionable insights.
Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and operational enhancements.
Create custom content to support both sales and implementation processes, ensuring materials meet client and company needs.
Represent the company on sales calls, addressing questions and presenting solutions confidently.
Collaborate with leadership to develop integrated close plans, building trust and credibility with prospective clients.
Assist in contracting and documentation for new customers, ensuring a smooth handoff to implementation teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other tracking tools to support implementation and sales operations.
Support the creation of materials and presentations for Board and investor meetings.
Provide sales operations support to go to market leader, including sales funnel analysis and summaries and support for weekly go to market meetings.

Required
7+ years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
Proven expertise in client success or implementation roles, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Strong project management skills, with experience in developing and executing implementation plans.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust and fostering relationships with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Preferred
Experience in a startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with health care sales processes.
