Responsibilities
Lead the client success journey throughout the entire client lifecycle, collaborating closely with dedicated executive assistants to ensure seamless support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients, consistently meeting their needs and upholding high service standards.
Guide and mentor the administrative team while serving as a point of escalation for any major issues, managing client relations and collaborating internally to resolve complex challenges.
Work with clients to identify improvement areas and partner with leadership to implement enhancements; recognize opportunities where clients may benefit from additional services.
Conduct regular client check-ins (bi-annually or quarterly) to assess satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Oversee and manage the client gifting process.
Conduct team role audits to identify efficiencies and develop SOPs.
Collect client feedback through surveys, interviews etc. to understand their experience and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Dedicated EAs on client coverage plans.
Support onboarding for new team members with clients.
Send holiday scheduling reminders for team calendar maintenance.
Maintain and update the master client database.

Required
Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant
Demonstrates high Emotional Intelligence; effectively handles challenging conversations, maintains composure under pressure, and fosters strong, empathetic relationships with clients.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Exceptional time management skills with a proactive approach to communication and problem-solving.
Critical thinker with resourcefulness in tackling challenges.
Schedule flexibility to meet client needs.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Preferred
Previous remote work experience is a plus.
