Responsibilities
Present data-driven business reviews for client solutions and recommendations
Communicate and problem solve with field specialists, customers, and internal teams
Create and execute ad hoc reports
Analyze data and provide recommendations to drive brand protection and food safety awareness
Build relationships with various departments to support customers

Required
Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of relevant experience
Minimum of one year customer service experience
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide support during nights and weekends as needed
Preferred
Experience with conflict resolution
Salesforce.com experience
At least 1 year of account management or B2B sales experience
Degree in Marketing/Business, Food Science, Mathematics/Statistics, or Hospitality
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
