Responsibilities
Onboard new retailers to Vroom Delivery and ensure successful implementation.
Conduct training sessions and product demos for retailers.
Encourage the adoption of new features and services to drive client success.
Work closely with the development team to prioritize new features based on client needs.
Lead standing calls with retailers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a lean, dynamic team environment.

Required
5-10 years of experience at a convenience retailer, ideally in marketing, software procurement, or pricebook management.
Strong understanding of the retail tech landscape, including backoffice systems, loyalty programs, and POS. Hands-on experience is a big plus!
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-changing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
