Responsibilities
Be a primary point of contact for the customers and together with a team provide excellence in service delivery, campaign planning, and executions.
The Person needs to closely work with the marketing team and provide constructive solutions for their marketing automation platforms and will be responsible for end-to-end digital delivery.
Maintain and communicate project plans, manage status meetings and updates
Maintain and manage project priority and project status sheet with all key information (ex. owner, next steps, current status, etc.). Deliver updates to client POCs during weekly delivery meetings
Be the main point of contact for any Marketing Operations escalations, implement and oversee remediation of any roadblocks as needed.
Facilitate discussions to gather and develop marketing journeys business requirements.
They would also do campaign measurement and reporting activities including measurement planning, post-launch monitoring, campaign report delivery, and communication to key stakeholders.
Liaison for supporting functions: production, IT, etc. Collaborate with project leadership teams on program roadmaps, campaigns strategies, and execution calendars.
Lead in campaigns planning and execution based on customer engagement roadmaps in alignment with business use cases (including validation rules, triggers, alerts, and automated responses).
Supporting growth and retention of client relationships through annual and quarterly planning.
Manage project tasks, coordinate daily development team queues, and provide daily status updates and weekly readouts using JIRA and Zoho tools.

Required
7+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation and experience working in a digital agency, consulting firm, or digital marketing organization.
Working knowledge of leading Marketing Technologies (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Having certification is a big plus.
Experience in supporting large enterprise clients.
Ability to work in Eastern or Central Time zone.
Preferred
A person with a digital marketing background, CRM, MAP, project management skills, and exposure to managing international clients is preferred.
Experience working with remote teams in an international/ multi-cultural environment is a plus.
