Responsibilities
Manages the daily operations of ambulatory care services throughout the continuum.
Ensures staff provides the highest quality of care and complies with all relevant requirements.
Collaborates with medical directors and healthcare providers to improve patient care quality.
Develops and monitors budgets, provides staff feedback, and conducts staff development.
Implements departmental policies, resolves human resource issues, and maintains patient confidentiality.
Supervises departmental staff, plans work schedules, and addresses performance issues.
Develops effective procedures and maintains relationships with other departments and external customers.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Administration or five years’ experience in a health related field.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle difficult people and difficult situations.
Experience in staff development and excellent written and oral skills are required.
Must be accountable to handle money and balance finances.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and assist in the resolution of disputes.
At least 2 years managerial experience.
Current documentation of Basic Life Support is required.
Must be able to fluently speak, read and write English.
Preferred
Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) preferred.
Fluent in other languages are an asset.
