Responsibilities

Ability to exercise independent judgement when utilizing clinical skills and experience to assess client’s immediate needs to best partner them with providers.

Apply clinical perspective to assist with completion of Short Term Disability requests to ensure appropriate care and treatment

Negotiate rates, confirm required credentials, and finalize contracts for immediate access to care for a patient

Work closely with ComPsych's clinical team to ensure a successful experience for the client

Secure appointments with behavioral health providers with clients that require immediate clinical attention

Identify and recruit EAP and behavioral health providers for ad hoc contracting and possible participation in ComPsych's professional provider network

Clinical experienceMaster's degreeHealthcare experience

Required

Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Psychology, Social Work or other behavioral health or counseling related field.

2+ years of professional business experience in healthcare or clinical; preference in similar role related to benefits or insurance.

Ability to prioritize and work independently

Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated problem solving, multi-tasking as well as critical and creative thinking skills.

Excellent organizational skills, including follow-up.

Exceptional communication skills, with strong focus on customer service.

Ability to meet daily production expectations.
