Responsibilities
Develop and maintain pipeline of eligible candidates for immediate and future open positions
Conduct and coordinate interviews via Zoom
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Conduct follow-up meetings and calls to negotiate and sign successful candidates
Serve as primary contact for clinicians during the licensing and credentialing processes
Collaborate with the HR team to engage with on-premise clinicians during their tenure
Meet and exceed interview and hiring goals
Collaborate with teammates and team leadership to review and improve team processes

Required
Minimum 3 yrs full life cycle recruiting experience (Mandatory)
Bachelor's degree
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
High-energy and passion, self-starter
Demonstrated ability to meet hiring goals
Experience working with Salesforce, Slack, G-suite & Zoom
Preferred
Minimum 1 yr behavioral health clinician recruiting experience (Desired)
