Responsibilities
Build, test, and maintain software integrations, ensuring they are robust and meet client requirements.
Serve as the technical point of contact for law firms, leading virtual meetings to train as well as to engage in solution design and define project scopes and roadmaps.
Collaborate with internal team members, clients, and other stakeholders to clarify project needs and requirements, acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical parties.
Identify and recommend improvements to workflow solutions based on ongoing research and validation.

Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise software integration
Proven experience implementing Clio Draft
Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role with confidence in leading client discussions and addressing technical inquiries
Familiarity with law firm practice management and Document Management System (DMS) technology is required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of family law in the state of South Carolina
Preferred
Clio certification strongly preferred
