Responsibilities
Coordinate Loan Closings : Work with internal and external parties to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate, coordinating the loan closing process from preparation to funding.
Document Preparation: Review final loan closing documents, ensuring compliance with Builder Circle's guidelines, underwriting conditions, and state/federal regulations. Ensure closing documents are in line with how the loans are entered into our software (Liquid Logics)
Compliance Assurance: Verify loan terms and conditions meet Builder Circle's underwriting standards, confirming that all documentation is compliant with legal and company requirements.
Document Collection: Collect all signed loan documents and prepare loan kits for review by Warehouse lenders. Ensure closing documents are in line with loan tape.
Customer Service: Act as the point of contact for borrowers, title companies, and other third parties during the closing process to resolve any questions or issues that arise.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in the closing process and work with the team to implement best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the underwriting and loan processing teams to address any outstanding conditions or stipulations before closing.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
Ideally 3+ years in a loan closing or real estate lending role, preferably in hard money or construction lending.
Strong understanding of real estate loan documents, title policies, insurance requirements, and escrow instructions.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, proactive problem-solver, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
