Responsibilities
Managing one of the largest consolidated Active Directory and messaging systems in Central PA, as well as multiple other Active Directory forests.
Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
Acting as the Senior AD architect in designing, implementation, and support of multiple highly available multi-domain directories.
Leading the development of AD disaster recovery plans with the clients.
Developing, documenting, and enforcing the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of AD and related systems.
Interacting with stakeholders including application developers and managers, infrastructure support teams, application architects, program area staff and IT executives.
Planning, designing and executing the cloud migration of servers and applications.

Required
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience.
4 year college degree in related discipline required.
5 to 10 years of experience in administering Active Directory environments containing multiple sites leveraging Windows Server 2008 and higher.
Strong knowledge in managing Active Directory 2016/2019/2022 infrastructure for the Enterprise.
Will act as the Senior AD architect in designing, implementation, and support of multiple highly available multi-domain directories.
Lead the development of AD disaster recovery plans with the clients.
Develop, document, and enforce the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of AD and related systems.
Experience with DNS and Key Management Service (KMS).
Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is required.
Strong experience in PowerShell is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to speak directly and professionally.
Team player.
Must have at least 10 years experience designing, developing and executing cloud migration strategies.
Must have at least 10 years experience leading cloud migration efforts.
Must have at least 2 years experience training team members on cloud services.
Must have at least 10 years experience operating and maintaining systems in the cloud.
Must have at least 10 years experience working with application team to assess and make application upgrades to move into cloud.
Must thoroughly understand both application and infrastructure architecture.
Preferred
Microsoft Windows Server certifications
Microsoft Core Infrastructure certification
Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator certification
Microsoft PKI and Certificate Services certification
ITIL v3 or v4 foundations certification
