Responsibilities
Administration of several cloud application development tools for internal project clients: Jenkins, BitBucket, CircleCi, JFrog. Includes patching, certification renewal, vulnerability remediation, upgrades, security compliance, and other responsibilities required for continual operations.
Contribute to design and execute implementation for simple to complex cloud application solutions that may include multi region (potentially multi cloud) DR, high availability, complex application clustering, CSP service integration, identity and access management, advanced networking
Implement configurations and integrations for internal projects to connect with the central applications supported. Includes plug-in install and solutioning with architects to provide centralized components/tools/integration points for use by the project user base.
Gather and analyze data from multiple platform services to proactively plan and report on application capacity and licensing. Then provide recommendations based off trends (i.e., extend storage, purchase additional user licenses, etc.)
Support or collaborate with cloud management teams: Identity and Access Management, Security Groups, CSP native services and ensure alignment with CMPS supported technologies.
Provide inputs to application teams to ensure architecture meets environment security, audit compliance, performance requirements.
Must be available and participate in a weekly on-call schedule rotation.
Must respond to P1 outages of application as needed.
Must resolve Tier III level application tickets for enhancements, troubleshooting, and support requests.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (STEM) or an additional 4 years of experience
4+ years’ experience troubleshooting and debugging Microsoft Windows and Linux based operating systems in an administrative/support capacity
At least +7 years working with AWS Lambda and +3 years with Red Hat Ansible
Amazon Web Services (AWS), Oracle, or Microsoft Azure cloud provider experience for virtual deployments, hosting, and migration
Advanced experience in large scale system cloud architecture, design, and integration with a focus on infrastructure (operational support), storage, automation, networking, and virtualization
Experience in developing basis of estimates and level of effort estimates for both implementation and sustainment scopes
Familiarity with load balancing, firewalls, and networking
Bash shell, PowerShell, and/or Python scripting experience
Experience with Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or similar configuration management tools
Must be available and participate in a weekly on-call schedule rotation
