Responsibilities
Lead the design, planning, and execution of Snowflake to IDMC migration projects.
Architect and implement scalable and efficient cloud solutions on AWS to support IDMC integrations.
Analyze and optimize the performance of migration processes, ensuring data integrity and minimizing downtime.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct budget and cost analysis for migration projects, identifying opportunities to reduce expenses while maintaining project quality.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for Snowflake and IDMC environments, ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data migration, cloud architecture, and performance.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architectural designs, migration plans, and cost analyses.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and skill development.
Stay current on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in cloud computing, data migration, and IDMC.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in Snowflake and IDMC, with a focus on data migration projects.
Deep expertise in AWS services, including S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, and IAM.
Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.
Demonstrated experience in budget planning and cost optimization for cloud-based projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Relevant certifications in Snowflake, IDMC, AWS, or cloud architecture are highly desirable.
