Responsibilities

Administer the SCCM Infrastructure and perform maintenance activities including SCCM branch upgrades.

Monitor Site System Health and troubleshoot issues related to SCCM infrastructure.

Configure and Manage Site Maintenance Windows.

Update Configuration Manager settings to maintain compliance with Microsoft Best Practices recommendations.

Create Windows OS images for physical & virtual workstations, including task sequences and customization of images.

Test and deploy OSD to Production in phases, troubleshooting related issues, and validate on all Supported System models.

Schedule and execute Change requests for OSD Deployments.

Modify Task Sequences to maintain security standards and customization through custom PowerShell scripting and tasks.

Update System Drivers for existing and new system models.

Perform Monthly Windows Workstation OS Patching, testing, and validation on Virtual and Physical Machines.

Schedule and execute Change requests for Patch Deployments.

Monitor Update Deployments through Update Groups, Logs, and Deployment Percentage.

Troubleshoot and resolve Patch installation issues, reporting on Patch deployment status.

Remediate Vulnerabilities through multiple methods.

Create Application Packages using PowerShell Application Deployment Toolkit, including customization to business needs.

Package SCCM Software with customization, testing, and deployment to Production.

Evaluate new software on SNOW, create Collections, and deploy to Production.

Collaborate with ESAM for Licensing needs and ServiceNow Software Models.
