Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Cloud Coach, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Develop and execute a robust integration plan to connect Cloud Coach with NetSuite, Salesforce, Rippling, and Jira.
Ensure smooth data flow between systems to optimize performance and support business operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and troubleshoot any integration issues.
Provide post-implementation support and training to users to maximize the system's value.

Required
Proven experience in Cloud Coach implementations and integrations at mid-market companies.
Strong background in enterprise system integration, with experience managing multi-system integrations.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
Preferred
Expertise with NetSuite, Salesforce, Rippling, and Jira integrations is highly preferred.
