Responsibilities

12+ years work experience in successful delivery of complex data related projects end to end

Tech-savvy and good understanding of recent technologies incl. AWS cloud, Google Cloud, APIs, unstructured data, business intelligence tools

Experience in guiding the team on architecture, standards, quality practices, techniques and tools at all layers of data engineering

Experience in understanding the customer needs, estimating the projects & proactively hiring/upskilling resources for project needs

Deep knowledge of Agile practices and familiarity with JIRA or similar tools

Excellent comm. & Analytical skills: ability to lead the projects and engage customer in conversations

Comfortable with changing and flexible requirements from business owner

Customer oriented attitude & High degree of self-motivation

Ready to travel (India/Across US/Europe) to meet the our resources and clients

Ready to stretch to meet customer commitments
