Responsibilities
Provide cloud development support by instantiating environments, advising on services/infrastructure, and configuring environments based on client requirements
Assist with the development, deployment, and integration of enterprise solutions and applications in cloud-based environments
Create an automated Continuous Delivery/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Pipeline
Ensure security guidelines are met in build, deployment, and monitoring standards
Participate in technical planning, defining system/solution, and providing necessary documentation for the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
Facilitate the modernization effort by performing Project Management Office activities and engaging stakeholders
Research emerging technologies and serve as a modernization liaison to the Agency

Required
Cloud development (e.g., AWS)
Bachelor's degree- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university in Applied Science, Computing, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems (or another related discipline) and/or equivalent training/certifications and/or demonstrated systems engineering professional experience within the Federal Information Technology landscape
5 years' experience
Active TS
DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification Requirement and Computing Environment Certification Requirement
AWS Certifications, such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, etc.
Preferred
Previous Privileged User Account (PUA) experience or the ability to obtain Privileged User Account (PUA) status
Containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
DevOps tools (e.g., Confluence, Docker, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Jira, OpenShift, Primsa Cloud, Puppet, SonarQube)
Performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, NGINX)
Virtualization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box)
