Responsibilities

On-boarding customers to AWS, Azure and GCP

Working on customer tickets involving different services of AWS, Azure and GCP

Assisting cloud services customers on issues and inquiries

Working with the cloud services team

Knowledge of cloud high availability and redundant services/technologies.
