Responsibilities
Design, develop, and modify software systems.
Document and track vendor software roadmaps for software and patch version updates.
Modify and integrate commercial software into cloud environment
Understand multi-cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure, Google, and others.
Provide estimated costs of deploying system components to the target environment.
Coordinate and collaborate across security, operations, testing, and other teams.
Create, manage, and update work tickets using JIRA and ServiceNow.
Ensure applications and services are running up-to-date software versions.
Provide weekly status updates on schedule deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Follow change and configuration management processes.
Manage COTS product integration and development efforts.
Coordinate problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, and task clarification.
Coordinate IT program management activities and prepare briefings and presentations.
Create, maintain, and brief Project Management Review (PMR) slides.
Work in partnership with an integrated team of staff and contractors.

Required
Active Top Secret Clearance with Poly
US Citizenship
Demonstrated recent experience with managing and delivering using an Agile methodology
Experience leading an agile development team to include generating sprint plans
Experience in technical project management with full lifecycle software development
Experience meeting schedule and delivery commitments within budget
Experience with ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management
Experience using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints
Experience monitoring the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible project and requirements
Experience recommending or taking required corrective actions
Experience with risk identification, management, and mitigation
Experience developing detailed design and associated deliverables
Experience documenting existing processes and mapping them to new process requirements
Experience translating customer and system requirements into design
Experience designing system interfaces
Experience designing and implementing backend services
Experience developing with AngularJS, Java, JavaScript, HTMLS, CSS3, SQL, Bootstrap or ActionScript
Preferred
ServiceNow Administrator Certification
Certified ServiceNow Application Developer Certification
Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified PMP
Experience providing platform training in ServiceNow, Flow Designer and Automate Test Framework
Experience building and maintaining constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, contractors, and senior level staff
Experience in strategically assessing requirements to ensure Sponsor's processes and systems align with emerging technology
Experience tailoring complex technical ideas and concepts to be communicated to a range of audiences in briefing and reports
Experience working with reporting systems for notifying system status and to seek approval for deployment to production
