Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using industry best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Implement automated testing to ensure application reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Participate in code reviews, bug fixing, and troubleshooting

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements to ensure our applications are using the latest features and best practices

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

2+ years experience in Angular/React development for modern web applications

Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling

Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth and JWT

Proficiency in using DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, SonarQube, and GitHub

Familiarity with AWS cloud services, including API Gateway, Lambda, S3, ECS, and RDS

Understanding of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases

Proven experience with front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles

Preferred

Familiarity with secure coding practices, an understanding of common web application security principles, and knowledge of backend development technologies, such as Node.js and Express
