Responsibilities
Working closely with internal leadership, manage the logistics of our external CSP partnerships with Amazon and Microsoft
Manage cadence and agenda for regular calls with key contacts in the HealthCare Cloud partner, product, industry, and sales organizations
Work closely with Operations leadership on deal/deployment registration and management
Identification and documentation of customer success stories and case studies in partnership with marketing team
Partner tier qualification monitoring and planning
Partner account management and certification management
Coordinating internal team activities including the review and management of internal projects
Coordinating internal operations and HR tasks, including managing training credits to ensure usage and no expiration, assisting with resource management, and ensuring project and resource set-up in operational systems in partnership with operations and contracts teams
Planning, coordinating, and facilitating internal and external events in partnership with practice leadership and the marketing team
Supporting and coordinating recruitment efforts in partnership with the HR team, including resume review, identification of interviewers, coordination of scheduling, and documentation of job requisitions
Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Required
1-3 years of experience in operations or project coordination
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred
Experience in a consulting or services organization is a plus
Experience with CSP partnerships a plus
