Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for cloud operations queries and issues.
Monitor and troubleshoot application workloads and system performance.
Manage and resolve security alerts, ensuring compliance with cloud security standards.
Handle major incident management (priority 1), including root cause analysis and escalations.
Automate recurring incident responses and improve system efficiency.
Oversee patch management, especially for Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.
Identify and address resource cost inefficiencies.
Maintain accurate documentation, including hosting designs and procedural manuals.
Provide after-hours support for uninterrupted cloud services.

Required

3-5 years of experience as a System or Cloud Engineer with Azure and AWS expertise.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).
Strong knowledge of cloud networking and multi-cloud environments (Azure + AWS).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS SysOps Admin, Azure Administrator, DevOps Expert)
