Responsibilities

Work in the support organization to setup cloud servers for the customers

Help maintain in house cloud servers for support and sales

Work with DevOps to enhance the current deployment process

Setup monitoring tools for managed servers

Monitor the cloud cost and make suggestion to reduce cost

Help troubleshoot customer connectivity issues

Owner of cloud operations and security procedures

Required

BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline to work as a cloud operations engineer.

A strong background in Azure cloud platform

Excellent technical abilities in IT

Programming languages knowledge

PowerShell scripting skills

Infrastructure as code and pipeline development

Self-motivated and requires little supervision

Strong communication

Preferred

Azure certification is a major plus (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500)
