Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and management of Azure API Management solutions within our cloud ecosystem.
Perform continuous monitoring and maintenance of cloud platform technologies using advanced tools to ensure performance, availability, scalability and security.
Enhance service integration and API orchestration, streamlining processes and improving efficiencies by leveraging Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.
Continuously optimize resources for cost, performance, and scalability while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Deliver technical support and communicate platform strategies clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and stay updated with the latest relevant trends, tools, and best practices.

Required

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
Strong written and verbal skills for engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
Occasional travel (around 5%) for team collaboration and professional development opportunities.
Criminal background check required.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field experience is preferred.
At least 8 years in technical engineering roles with 2+ years focusing on cloud platform management, with specific preference for Azure API Management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in application or data solution development is preferred.
