Responsibilities
Understand business objectives and provide effective solutions to operational problems.
Analyze user requirements, existing systems, and procedures to identify areas for automation and improvement.
Provide system administration, security, and infrastructure support for cloud and on-premises environments.
Monitor and enhance system security operations, including architecture reviews and compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop concise written reports and communicate findings effectively to various audiences.
Implement security measures to protect networks, systems, and data from unauthorized access.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and trends.
Work with security frameworks such as NIST 800-37, NIST 800-53, MARS-E, and manage corrective action plans.

Required
8+ years of experience in identifying issues, analyzing alternatives, and recommending solutions.
Extensive experience with Windows and Linux OS and applications.
Expertise in network facilities, data processing techniques, and performance monitoring tools.
Proven ability to conduct security operations and implement protective measures.
Proficiency in NIST security controls, vulnerability management, and database support (Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.
Preferred
Experience with Archer GRC, Dynatrace, Splunk, Imperva WAF, Qualys, and MS Office tools.
Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and ticketing tools like Remedy and ServiceNow.
Ability to train staff on security procedures and best practices.
