Responsibilities

Assess, monitor, and mitigate risks associated with clients' increasing conversion and presence in a multi-cloud environment.
Passionate about cloud risk analysis, mitigating risks, and safeguarding the organization's interests to provide safe workspaces.
Perform in a hybrid schedule of working remotely and onsite at the client's location in Chicago, IL.

Required

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in cloud security, with a strong background in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
In-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices, cloud services, and cloud-native security tools including CSPM, SSE, and CNAPP.
Experience with security assessments, compliance auditing, and security incident response in cloud environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and documentation.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment.
A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required.
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Must demonstrate a can-do attitude.

Preferred

Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or Google Cloud Professional Security Engineer is a plus.
