Responsibilities

Participate in and support Architectural Review Boards for cloud-hosted systems.

Architect and develop solutions on AWS or Microsoft Azure Government.

Analyze technical diagrams to identify opportunities for enhancing cloud-based solutions.

Develop standards and guidelines for managing integrated systems within a distributed cloud environment.

Work within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.

Create, edit, and review diagrams using tools like Visio, LucidChart, or PowerPoint.

Configure and review cloud resources within AWS or Azure Government consoles.

Author technical viewpoint analysis papers.

Required

Experience with cloud architecture review boards (AWS/Azure Gov)

Must have lived in the US for the last 3 of 5 years

Experience architecting/developing solutions on AWS or Microsoft Azure Government

Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing cloud-based system diagrams

Experience developing standards and governance for distributed cloud systems

Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Experience with Visio, LucidChart, PowerPoint, or similar diagramming tools

Ability to navigate and review resources within AWS/Azure Government consoles

Experience writing technical analysis papers

Ability to obtain a public trust clearance

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Preferred

Experience with the Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS)

Experience with system of systems (SoS) architecture

Experience with TOGAF, DODAF, or other enterprise architecture frameworks

Cloud certification (AWS/Azure Practitioner/Associate level) with a commitment to professional development

Ability to identify hidden potential within existing architectures to drive system evolution and enhancement
