Responsibilities

Provide analysis and reporting of the automated environment that is built for customers to run Proof of Concepts.

Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards as they apply to the implementation and specific to the solution for the platform, integration with other systems, and the external interfaces.

Provide troubleshooting of automated environments. Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of work flows, organization and planning and develops appropriate corrective action.

Provides daily supervision and direction to staff.

Required

2+ years with network security engineering or system admin.

2+ years with M365 Defender.

2+ years with Azure Active Directory.

Experience supporting large enterprise companies, 1,000+ users.

Experience identifying threats.

Experience with security protocols (endpoint protection, security, threat analytics, anti-virus, ect.).

Experience with client management technologies (SCCM, Intune, GPO).

Proven deployment experience with one or more of the following workloads: Microsoft Defender for Office, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Sentinel.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Workshop and presentation skills.

Experience with broad technology delivery, including custom development using various development languages.

Experience with providing technical leadership, mentoring on software engineering design, development, and frameworks, analyzing alternatives, and presenting technical options to leads and clients.

Experience with driving technical planning and solutions for small software portfolio, including authoring or managing the development of software designs, managing vendor evaluations, and justifying technical recommendations.

Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.

Requires practical experience and training.
