Responsibilities

Oversee content creation, from social media campaigns to email marketing, ensuring alignment with brand values and consumer expectations.

Develop and manage marketing budgets, focusing on the highest ROI activities while meeting revenue and profitability goals.

Work closely with finance and executive leadership to align marketing investments with broader business objectives.
Partner with Retail, Wholesale, and Product Development teams to create seamless brand experiences that align with product launches, inventory strategies, and seasonal promotions.
Coordinate with IT and Data teams to implement the latest marketing technologies, enabling enhanced data collection, analysis, and customer insights.
Act as the marketing point person for cross departmental initiatives, ensuring that branding and customer engagement are prioritized in company wide projects.
Set team priorities, allocate resources, and manage the execution of high impact marketing campaigns.
Conduct regular project reviews to ensure milestones are met, and guide adjustments based on real-time performance data.
Collaborate with VPs of Retail and Wholesale on initiatives to create consistent, engaging brand experiences across physical and digital channels.
Work with analytics and finance to refine measurement techniques and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing spend and program ROI.
Mentor team members, encouraging skill development, cross functional collaboration, and a culture of creative problem solving.
Lead regular brainstorming and team building sessions to foster innovation and alignment across departments.
Stay up to date on emerging marketing technologies, assessing their relevance to our brand strategy.
Drive integration of new tools that enhance campaign performance, customer segmentation, and personalization efforts.
Regularly report on key performance indicators, market trends, and strategic insights to the executive leadership team.
Proactively recommend adjustments to strategies and investments based on shifting consumer behavior and market conditions.
Achieve consistent growth in brand awareness and customer acquisition, supported by increased customer lifetime value and higher engagement rates.
Build scalable marketing programs that improve customer retention and loyalty, reducing churn and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Required
Minimum of 10 years in a senior marketing role, with deep expertise in ecommerce, digital marketing, and brand strategy across B2C channels.
Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading high performing marketing teams spending in excess of $500,000 monthly on ads, including experience with inhouse creative, ecommerce, and brand management functions.
Minimum 5 years experience in twitter ads, meta ads, youtube ads, bonus if experienced in out of home, C-TV, or Adult advertising.
Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data to drive marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and performance measurement.
Proficiency in using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, marketing automation platforms) to inform decision making and optimize campaigns.
A passion for brand building and storytelling, with experience in crafting compelling, authentic narratives that resonate with target audiences.
Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives, ensuring alignment between brand identity and performance metrics.
Demonstrated success in working cross functionally with teams such as Retail, IT, and Product Development to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
Strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs, with an ability to pivot strategies in response to consumer insights and market shifts.
