Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes and mills to produce precision parts.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery.
Measure and examine completed products using micrometers and other precision measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications.
Adjust machine controls and tool settings to achieve desired dimensions and tolerances.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Document and report any deviations from specifications or machine malfunctions to the supervisor.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, specifically with CNC lathes or mills. Proficiency in using micrometers and other precision measuring instruments.
Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
