Responsibilities
Responsible for CNC programming from scratch and making edits to existing programs.
Create programs from a given routing and process plan.
Oversee 6 CNC machines and work alongside two other programmers.
Program parts ranging from small table-top pieces to items weighing up to 7,000 LBS.
Constant reprogramming for new products due to small production runs.
Maintain and update CAM software.
Work with 4-axis milling machines with Fanuc controls, and one 5-axis machine available.
