Responsibilities
Translate part designs and drawings into CNC programs.
Optimize machining processes for efficiency and quality.
Design and implement tooling and fixturing solutions.
Conduct test runs and troubleshoot program or machine issues.
Continuously improve machining processes.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC programmer, with 10+ years of experience in machining roles with significant setup experience.
Experience with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam) and Fanuc controls.
Proficiency in GD&T, G-Code, M-Code, Machine Setups for Production Runs, CAD/CAM Software, Blueprint Reading, Process Development, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, and Equipment Troubleshooting.
Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (2-4 axis).
Preferred
Technical degree or apprenticeship/journeyman certificates.
