Responsibilities
Programming CNC Mills Horizontal and Vertical. Mainly DMG-Mori and Doosan Machines.
Programming Software MasterCAM.
Programming work holding systems for part production optimization.
Verifying programs are running well and supporting set-up personnel and machinists.
Directing the activities and personnel to optimize scheduling and production.
Estimating setup times, run times, and tooling requirements for new parts.
Developing best manufacturing practices for new parts and optimizing recurring production as needed.
Identifying root causes of machining problems and implementing effective corrective actions.

Required
Solid set-up ability for Horizontal and Vertical mills
Ability to program in full 4-axis
Programming CNC Mills Horizontal and Vertical. Mainly DMG-Mori and Doosan Machines
