Responsibilities
Generate CNC programs for Fanuc and Mazatrol controls on various CNC equipment.
Set up and operate a wide range of metal removal processes to maintain close tolerances and work specifications.
Program, set up, and operate numerically controlled lathes for repetitive operations on metal work pieces.
Measure quality parameters of machined parts and take corrective actions when necessary.
Retrieve raw material and transfer finished components for continuous equipment operation.
Assist, train, and develop operators.
Create new programs from engineering drawings and modify existing CNC programs.
Maintain regular attendance and perform other assigned tasks and projects.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent required.
CNC related degree, college level classes, trade school graduate or any additional training in the trades are a plus.
Self-motivated to take ownership of work schedule and quality.
Team player will work with other team members in the section to keep the process moving and improving.
Work closely with other team members both inside and outside the section in order to satisfy the needs of internal and external customers.
Judgment: Make decisions in order to perform a variety of tasks having timely constraints.
Physical demands: Capable of handling moderate weights.
