Responsibilities
Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces for our LMS and e-learning platforms.
Collaborate with instructional designers to create intuitive navigation and layout that supports effective learning pathways.
Ensure that all web designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and browsers.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and e-learning technologies.
Work closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and assist in the implementation of web solutions.
Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and design assets.
Optimize web pages for speed and performance, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design-related issues within the LMS.

Required
Proven experience as a web designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work, particularly in LMS or e-learning environments.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with LMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in web usability.
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, remote teams.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices in web design.
Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to web design.
