Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for FTNSS, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
App Development: Enhance and maintain the FTNSS app using React Native, Angular, and other modern technologies.
E-Commerce Build-Out: Design and implement an integrated e-commerce platform to support the sale of fitness products, launching in February 2025.
Team Building: Help recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class engineering team as the company scales.
Collaboration: Work closely with the other co-founders to align technical strategies with business goals, including expanding into new verticals such as sports and media.
Innovation: Continuously identify and implement new technologies and features to improve user experience and drive growth.

Required
5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React Native and Angular.
Proven experience building e-commerce platforms, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
A proactive, self-motivated leader comfortable working in an equity-only role initially, with the potential for a substantial long-term impact.
Experience building platforms for international audiences.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with non-technical team members.
Knowledge of building scalable and secure systems, with an eye on long-term growth.
Preferred
Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
