Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize operational systems, policies, and best practices to ensure efficiency and scalability across all business functions.
Work closely with the CEO to align operational strategy with business objectives and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial resources, driving accountability and resource optimization for sustained growth.
Collaborate with the tech and product teams to accelerate delivery timelines, prioritize features, and ensure the successful deployment of the Capiwise platform powered by generative AI across web and mobile applications.
Foster effective collaboration across departments to ensure seamless communication and project alignment, from engineering to marketing.
Establish and monitor KPIs across all departments, driving accountability and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Engage with our growing community to gather feedback and enhance the user experience, building a loyal user base and promoting a community-centric approach.

Required
Proven track record as a senior operations leader (e.g., COO or VP of Operations), ideally within a startup or high-growth technology environment.
Demonstrated success in raising capital for early-stage ventures, including experience in securing funding from venture capitalists, angel investors, or other financing channels. Strong network within the investment community is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of fintech and generative AI technologies, with a passion for advancing innovation in these fields.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think both strategically and tactically to solve complex operational challenges.
Demonstrated success in leading and scaling teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Proficient in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management to maximize efficiency and growth.
Understanding of technical requirements, especially in agile product management, to effectively collaborate with development teams.
Strong commitment to building an innovative, impact-driven company with a long-term vision.
