Required
Proven experience in launching fashion collections and managing global operations; familiarity with multichannel supply chains is a significant plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of building and bootstrapping startups.
Strong analytical and managerial skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience in human resources and administrative functions.
Is able to invest funds in key areas to boost sales and build traffic.

Located in Southern California preferred.
