Responsibilities
Independently handle and drive all sales activities from lead generation to closing deals
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets
Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to establish and expand our market presence
Design comprehensive sales strategies to boost company revenue
Collaborate closely with other co-founders and teams for product development and positioning
Conduct market research to be aware of latest trends and competitors’ activity
Manage budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.

Required
Proven executive experience in B2B SaaS sales
Experience of sales / commercial activity in the US market
Fluent English
Deep knowledge of sales strategy and experience in tech product organizations
Superior strategic, analytical and decision-making skills
Experience of working within a startup environment and ability to operate with a limited budget
Reliability, discipline, detail-oriented and exceptional communication skills are crucial
Ability to make quick decisions, assimilate information promptly and assume responsibility
Proven leadership experience in startups, preferably with experience in high-tech companies like Google/Meta/Amazon
