Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients across industries, focusing on organizations with active hiring needs.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand target clients’ recruitment challenges, trends, and hiring demands.
Networking and Outreach: Leverage personal and professional networks to establish and develop relationships with decision-makers.
Sales Pitch: Present our agency’s recruitment services, addressing client needs with effective solutions.
Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations, including service agreements, terms, and placement fees.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust client pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
Relationship Management: Maintain communication with clients to provide updates, insights, and ensure client satisfaction.

Required
4+ years in business development or client acquisition with a Digital agency.
Must have knowledge of using CRMs, database, or other tools for lead generation and client management.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to communicate the value of our services effectively.
Ability to work independently in a commission-based role, with a focus on results and client satisfaction.
Ability to identify market gaps, understand client needs, and position our services as the ideal solution.
