Responsibilities
Identify, negotiate, and close deals with the talent teams of Chief HR Officers so that doctors of psychology can coach members of corporate America on leadership, productivity, stress, resilience, and burnout with focus on ROI.
Recruit to increase the network of psychologists.

Required
Doctorate degree in clinical, I/O, performance, or other relevant discipline within Psychology.
1+ year(s) of work experience.
Preferred
License in at least one state is a plus.
Psypact spanning the 40 states is a plus.
Certification as a coach via the ICF is a plus.
Assessments such as Hogan is a plus.
