Responsibilities
Will not be doing hands-on development
Goal is to pull in tightness to setting standards
Expectations
Does not need a developer
Checks with epic every quarter to check on epic user web access
Working with her to do run work for ticket intake process
Assess a ticket coming in, understand if it’s a training need for the cogito training analyst
Hands on how to use a dashboard
Be directive and knows where the ticket needs to go
Work to get that done if it’s a slicer dicer need
Create a report or determine if this is an already existing report

Cogito experience - Senior level
Must be Cogito certified
Cogito Tools Admin is a plus
Ability to assess a ticket coming in
