Required
5+ years’ experience in healthcare, regulatory and transactional law
Significant healthcare law experience
Member of the Bar in which presently residing, also in California
5+ years of legal practice experience with substantive mastery of either Healthcare law or FDA & FTC law
Record of superior academic and professional achievement and commitment to excellence
Exceptional Communication Skills – verbal, written and active listener
Able to work from home in a remote or virtual capacity
Preferred
