Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, from contract initiation to Billing and Collection of payment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle tasks such as invoicing, collections, phone support, and email-based customer service.
Manage daily operations, including accounts receivable reporting, payment collections and processing, and refunds as necessary using Billing Platform(s).
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies by working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
Be open to cross-training and supporting team members as needed.

Required
1‐3 years’ experience working in B2B accounts receivables.
Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills are a must.
Adaptability and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide and receive feedback.
A positive attitude and a passion for contributing to causes that support non-profit organizations.
Preferred
