Responsibilities

Handle business to business collections effectively

Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and provide solutions

Conduct reconciliation work for account discrepancies

Undertake other duties as assigned to support the team

Utilize Accounting Software Systems for efficient operations

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely recovery

Oversee billing functions and ensure accuracy

Implement effective collection processes to expedite payment recovery

Handle Collections - Commercial, striving for maximum recovery

Ensure accurate account reconciliation
