Responsibilities

Handling consumer collections through communication via phone and email for any outstanding accounts that are 90 days past due

Utilizing your bilingual skills in Spanish and English to improve communication and customer service

Leveraging your experience in consumer lending collections to handle and resolve customer issues

Maintaining and updating customer credit records to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary

Providing exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally

Utilizing your skills in cash collections to manage and monitor the company's cash flow.

Required
