Commercial and Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Assist with the client renewal process for both Commercial and Personal Lines accounts.
Build rapport and relationships with our clients by providing exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive communication.
Market new and renewal accounts, including rate and coverage comparisons and accuracy checking.
Prepare Insurance Binders, Certificates, Evidence and Auto ID cards.
Process Endorsements, Cancellations, Reinstatements, Audits and billing on existing policies.
Generate quotes using appointed carrier and excess/surplus broker websites for new and existing clients and prospects.
Assist with claims processing when needed.
Update and maintain all client details in AMS360 (agency management system) to ensure the information is accurate and current.

Required
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
Minimum of 3 years of Commercial and Personal Lines experience with an independent agency
Preferred
License: Property & Casualty (KS)
Certification: CISR
Management System: AMS360, Carrier Rating Systems
Computer Skills: MS Word, MS Outlook
