Required
Experience as a Commercial and/or Residential Loan Officer a must.
Strong understanding of underwriting, loan processing and procedures.
Familiarity with different loan products.
Experience working in a commission ONLY position.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
With NMLS# you can be FULL time with benefits.
If no NMLS# possible part time with no benefits - re-evaluate after 6 months or obtain NMLS#.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, business finance or related field a plus, not required.
